Sam Haugen

Sam has been working as a Survey Technician since 2014 in the Wausau/Weston area. He has a Biology degree and completed a year-long certification program in GIS-Environmental Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Sam has experience in all aspects of Land Surveying as a technician under the guidance of our licensed surveyors, as a crew chief, and now as a remote drone pilot. He has worked on all types of surveys, including WisDOT/municipal acquisition mapping, Airport Boundary Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Certified Survey Maps, Floodplain/FEMA surveys, Cemetery/Subdivision Plats, Topographic Surveys, and Construction staking. His duties for each range from researching and estimating to fieldwork and drafting.
